New to Yoga or new to the Sivananda tradition?
Welcome! If you intend to start a new course then I offer you start with Beginners Course. This course offer a step-by-step approach to learn the basic Yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. You will receive peronal guidance from an experienced teacher, allowing you to grow into the practice at your own pace. I can assure you an easeful, gentle, joyful, enriching experience

Meditation is the art of slowing down and focussing the mind. It is the art of slowing down and focussing the mind. It is an invaluable tool for emotional balance and peace of mind. The course takes a step by step approach to learning how to meditate and is accessible to complete newcomers. The meditation course is designed to help you set up a regular meditation practice at home. I will share with you different kinds of meditation and you can choose one that works better for you.
Yoga therapie:
As a Yoga therapist, I work with people with a wide range of physical challenges or health conditions. I support people during this challenging time in their lives to restore their health and well-being on the 4 levels of their being: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual level.
